Henry Albright is a seasoned finance and import-export professional, leading Phi Enterprises Global Limited with expertise and vision. Based in Los Angeles and Oslo, he oversees the company's strategic direction and global operations.
A Columbia University graduate, Henry holds a degree in International Finance. With over 20 years of experience, he has held key senior positions in major international firms, where his leadership and strategic insights drove significant growth and innovation.
As Managing Director, Henry has successfully expanded Phi Enterprises' global presence and diversified its portfolio from $230m to $1.2B in global trade footprint. His deep understanding of international trade and finance continues to position the company as an industry leader.

AUGUST YOM
DIRECTOR OF CAPITAL MARKETS
August Yom heads as the Director of Capital Markets Phi Enterprises, he is also a managing member of the AM Companies. August, is a results driven finance professional with 20 years of direct investment experience. A celebrated graduate of New York University, his investment experience started right away and lead him across the asset classes. Over the past 20 years, Augustus has had experiences in multiple areas of the industry ranging from land acquisition and development to property management and asset management. His project specific experiences range across the asset classes over several investment cycles.
Over the recent years, August has been responsible for managing investments on behalf of several family offices. August and his partners collectively own and manage in excess of $3B of real estate across multiple strategies, which still are largely operated directly by the family businesses.
Currently, his focus lies on creating symbiotic partnerships with best in class operators, financiers, and other family offices. Through these partnerships August ensures prompt and deliberate decision making in order to take advantage of opportunities that arise, and limit risk over the duration of the investment.
KYLE SCHAFER - VP OF DEVELOPMENT
Kyle began his architectural journey at the School of Visual Arts and completed his studies at the New York Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2003. He started his career as an Engineering Assistant and CAD operator at R.Shatarah Consulting Engineers, gaining valuable experience in residential and commercial project design and planning.
In 2005, Kyle joined Afridi Associates as an Architectural Assistant and CAD operator, contributing to projects such as Fordham University's Law Library and the Battery Park Commercial Center.
Moving to DSC Construction in 2006 as a Project Manager, Kyle focused on site planning and urban design, notably designing one of the first Airport Plaza Gas Stations at Newark Liberty International Airport. Concurrently, he collaborated with McDonald Associates on designing and detailing high-value single-family homes in Stockbridge, MA.
In 2008, Kyle relocated to Manhattan and joined Kossar + Garry Architects as a Project Manager. Overseeing more than 10 projects annually, he played a pivotal role in projects including the Stuyvesant Park Dormitory, a Proposed Dormitory at 644 East 14th Street, 490 Fulton Street graduate dormitory, and Cooper and Sixth Residences for Marymount College Dormitory.
Transitioning to JCER Design Consultants, LLC in 2015 as Operations Director and Managing Partner, Evan leverages his 11 years of project management expertise to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of ongoing projects. He is dedicated to enhancing efficiency and relevance in every aspect of construction, aiming to elevate JCER Design Consultants, LLC's standing as a leader in hospitality architecture and design.
DAVID SYLVA, VP OF ORGINATIONS
Mr. Sylva has built a successful career spanning 15 years in the mortgage and insurance industries. In 2014, he founded S & S Insurance Agency LLC, followed by Countrywide Mortgage Lenders LLC in 2018. Leveraging his extensive experience, both companies have thrived and become profitable entities.
Prior to establishing his own ventures, Mr. Sylva honed his expertise at Paychex Insurance Agency and Ameriquest Mortgage Company, where he consistently surpassed company quotas, achieving over $100 million in sales.
Mr. Sylva is an alumnus of Seminole State College and holds a 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance license, as well as a Mortgage Loan Originator license, demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence in both sectors.
